Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

4 medium apples, peeled and cut into 8 wedges each
    .3 cup margarine
    1 Tblsp ground cinnamon
2 Tblsp artificial sweetener (i.e. Equal or Splenda)

Directions

Pre-heat over to 350 degrees. Peel and slice the apples and place in a small baking dish (don't use too large a dish - if the apples are spread out too far, they'll dry out as they cook). Mix the cinnamon and sweetener in a shaker or small bowl. Spoon the margarine over the apples and sprinkle on the cinnamon/sweetener mix. Bake uncovered for one hour or until apples are soft and baked through, stirring occasionally to coat all the slices with the margarine. Add extra cinnamon/sweetener during baking if desired.
