    10 lg. Baby Carrots, shredded
    1/2 c. Crushed Pineapple, canned or fresh
    1/2 c. Apple, shredded
    1/2 c. Raisins
    2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

Tips

Add nuts to add flavor and protein.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Optional: Chill one hour. Serve.
