    JIF - Creamy Peanut Butter: Natural, 2 tbsp
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .75 cup

Tips

your ingredients may vary by taste.
Keep bananas in a ziploc bag in the freezer, and add to the bag as bananas start to turn brown. peel and break them up before freezing. It's just easier. You can defrost them for banana bread too.
