Ingredients

    Vegetable or Canola Oil - 2 Tbsp
    Garlic - 1-2 cloves
    Carrot - 1 cup, diced
    Brown Rice, Cooked - 2 cups
    Edamame - Frozen shelled - 2/3 cup
    Low Sodium Soy Sauce - 1/4 cup
    Sesame Oil - 1 Tbsp

Directions

Sauté garlic and carrots in Vegetable Oil until soft, approx. 5 minutes. Add rice, edamame, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir until coated. Enjoy!!!
