Introduction

Ingredients

    495gms pork mince (preferably lean)
    1 tbsp curry powder
    1 tsp paprika and /or chill
    1/5 tsp garlic, finely chopped

    a spray of cooking spray

Tips

Can use these as a sausage patty, similar to a Sausage McMuffin :)


Directions

1. Blend all spices and herbs in with pork mince. Then using a piece of cling film, mould pork mixture into a patty shape.

2. Cook in a non-stick pan (after adding a dash of cooking spray). Turn each patty a couple of times until browned and cooked through.

3. Enjoy!

Serving Size: makes around 4-6 patties, depending on size
