Ingredients


    *Green Cabbage, raw (1 head, medium
    Mixed Vegetables, canned, 3.5 cup
    Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cup
    Ham, regular, cooked (11% fat), 3 cup, diced
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Tips

Can add a teaspoon or so of ham soup base if you want more flavor, but omit salt.


Directions

Chop cabbage in thin slices, put in dutch oven with 1c. water. Add ham and veggies, then salt a pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes 6, 1 cup servings
