Introduction

Ingredients

    4oz fresh tilapia filet
    paprika
    garlic
    salt
    pepper
    olive oil

Tips

This grilled fish is excellent served with some steamed broccoli and wild rice.


Directions

Brush the tilapia with the olive oil and sprinkle with the other other ingredients.

Heat up the George Foreman grill and spray with a little olive oil to prevent the fish from sticking.

Place the tilapia on the grill and close the lid. Cook for about five minutes. Fish should flake easily with a fork.
