Ingredients

    2 Shallots
    1can tomato paste 6 oz
    1 jalapeņo
    2 tsp ginger
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tsp cumin
    2 tsp coriander
    2 c veggie broth
    1 1/2 lentils
    1 can coconut milk
    Head cauliflower
    Bag frozen peas
    1tbsp lime juice
    1 c water

Directions

Mix shallots, tomato paste, jalapeņo, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, broth, water in blender.
Pour mix, coconut milk, lentils in slow cooker, put cauliflower on top. Cook 8 hrs on low.
Add peas and lime juice and serve.
