Ingredients

**base**
8oz whole wheat lasagna noodles
1 small jar prego sauce
1 medium onion
1 small package sliced mushrooms
2 tsp minced garlic
**filing**
1 cup ricotta cheese (part skim)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (reduced fat)
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (fat free)
1 egg white
1 tsp garlic
2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste
**topping**
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese (fat free)
Directions
**preheat oven 375** **makes 4 servings**
Put the noodles on to boil as package directs and then drain and layout noodles on foil with cooking spray so they don't stick.
Meanwhile, chop onion and add mushroom, salt and pepper in a skillet on medium heat. Cook until onions are soft. Add 2 tsp garlic and sauce. Bring up to temp. and reduce to low.
**filing**
In a small bowl mix together ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg white, 1 tsp garlic, oregano, salt and pepper
**putting it together**
Spread to tablespoons of filling accross each one of the noodles and roll each one up. Put some sauce on the bottom of baking dish. Lay each roll seam sid down in dish. Spread the remander of sauce on top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Take out and spread the remander of cheese over top and bake until cheese is melted. Approx 10 minutes.
