Introduction

Ingredients

1 rotisserie chicken
4 Yukon gold potatoes
1 full bag of celery stalks
4 serrano peppers
2 bunches of green onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 tsp ginger
1 large bunch of Kale
Tips
This recipe is changed to keep my husband happy with his preferences, but add any other vegetables you want to it.
Directions
Remove all meat from the Rotisserie chicken and put the bones in a large pot of boiling water. Boil bones for about 30 minutes to make chicken broth. While the bones are cooking, cut up the rest of the ingredients. Remove bones and put other chopped ingredients in pot. Cover and cook for 30-45 minutes, until all the flavors marry.
