Ingredients

    1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1 cup non-fat milk
    2 Tbsp. Splenda sweetener
    dash of salt (optional)

Directions

Whisk together the cocoa powder and Splenda.

Add the milk and whisk together with dry ingredients.

Heat to desired temperature and enjoy!

    Great recipe! I used 1% milk, reduced my splenda by half and added a tsp or so of Torani's sugar-free vanilla syrup. - 1/5/11

    I made this but used Xylitol sweetner instead of splender. Think it is better for us. It was pretty good. Used to the other with water, which I am sure is not healthy, so think this I will make more often. Also might try a little coffee in it!! - 3/23/08
