    1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1 cup non-fat milk
    2 Tbsp. Splenda sweetener
    dash of salt (optional)


Whisk together the cocoa powder and Splenda.

Add the milk and whisk together with dry ingredients.

Heat to desired temperature and enjoy!

  • I made this but used Xylitol sweetner instead of splender. Think it is better for us. It was pretty good. Used to the other with water, which I am sure is not healthy, so think this I will make more often. Also might try a little coffee in it!! - 3/23/08
