Ingredients

    Cabbage- 1 head chopped
    Carrots- 1 cup shredded
    Edamame- 1 bag shelled
    Chicken Breast- 2 breasts, roasted and shredded
    Ramen- 2 blocks of noodles only
    Almonds- 1 cup slivered
    Butter- 1 stick

    Dressing:
    .25 cup Vinegar
    .25 cup Olive Oil
    .5 cup Soy Sauce
    1 T Sugar

Directions

Toss cabbage, carrots, edamame, almonds and chicken in a large bowl.
Saute crushed ramen in butter until browned. Add to top of salad.
Mix Vinegar, Oil, Soy Sauce and Sugar as the dressing.

Serving Size: About 10 bowls
