Ingredients

Sift 1 cup of whole wheat flour with 1/2 tsp salt into a mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup (approx 5 Tbs Crisco shortening) to the bowl. Cut the shortening into the dry mix with a fork until it looks like cornmeal.

Add about 2 1/2 Tbs of water to this mix. You may need to add more to make the dough gather into a good ball. Roll out dough on a parchment paper or piece of waxed paper. Dust the roller with flour to keep from sticking.

Pick up paper & crust over roller, lay crust over pan, & remove paper from back of crust. Push crust into pan evenly & trim the excess crust off the edges.
