Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pkg whole wheat egg noodles
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 (8ct) pkg of hotdoogs
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 med yellow onion
    1 cup of colby/monteryjack shredded cheese

Tips

Lower sodium and fat by using Healthy Request cream of celery soup and 1/3 less fat cheese.


Directions

Boil noodles as per package instructions. Leave slightly aldente. Meanwhile, cut hotdogs into half inch tokens, dice onion, and saute together in 1 tbsp of Olive oil. When finished, mix noodles, hotdog mix, and cream soup in a 9x13 pan. Cover with cheese. Bake 20 min. on 350 degrees.
