    Avocado
    Unsweetened Almond Milk
    Six Star Instant Protein
    Blueberries and Strawberries
    Kale

Great for Magic Bullet or Blender!


Directions

Wash all produce.
Cut avocado in half.
Add half of avocado in blender.
Add 1 cup of almond milk.
Add one scoop of protein powder.
Add 1/3 cup of berries.
Add one stalk of kale.

    Seems like quite a lot of sodium for a smoothie...Might it be that particular protein powder? If there are folks concerned about their sodium intake, what other protein supplements would you recommend? Vegetarian/vegan-friendly if possible, please! - 2/13/14
