    2 pouches of nonfat instant dry milk
    2 boxes of sugar free instant french vanilla pudding mix
    2 scoops of EAS soy protein
    .5 cup of granulated no calorie sweetner ( splenda or i use great value brand)
    MIX WELL SERVING SIZE IS .25 CUP ADD MORE IF YOU DESIRE.

Tips

Also makes delicious hot chocolate, just use one third cup of vanilla creamer and .5 tsp of hershey cocoa powder add to 6 or 8 oz hot water stir well. yum.

    I did notice that the sodium per serving is different from what is shown here (271 grams is the actual sodium). However, this is a nice change for your coffee. I just won't be using it too much because of the total sodium. Thanks For Sharing - 4/16/17
