Introduction

Use this Tuna Salad on top of your lettuce with cucumbers and tomatoes. Sprinkle Balsamic Vinegar on top! No salad dressing needed. A terrific low fat, low calorie lunch or dinner! Ingredients

    2 cans (7 oz ea.) Solid White Albacore Tuna packed in Water
    1/2 cup finely diced peppers - I use red, yellow & orange
    1/4 cup finely diced onion
    1/4 cup finely diced celery
    4 Tbls. Light Mayo
    4 Tbls. Fat Free 1/2 & 1/2
    Salt & pepper to taste.

    Drain tuna, then flake with a fork. Add other ingredients and stir together. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Tips

Use this Tuna Salad along with Balsamic Vinegar as your lettuce salad dressing.
