Introduction

My oldest son created this recipe since he and I don't like wet poultry. My family makes a large batch and snacks on them for several days. My oldest son created this recipe since he and I don't like wet poultry. My family makes a large batch and snacks on them for several days.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4 lbs of Turkey wings (aprox 10-11 small wings)
    3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt
    3 tsp Granulated Garlic
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Paprika

Tips

If using your oven for more than one dish, do not bake with items creating steam - this will cause your turkey wings not to crisp.


Directions

Preheat oven to 425F

Season cleaned Turkey wings with seasoning salt, granulated garlic, black pepper and paprika.

Use 2 tbsp. of the olive oil and using hands rub all ingredients onto turkey wings. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Using remaining tbsp. of olive oil to grease a half sheet size cookie sheet (you may need two). Place turkey wings onto cookie sheet (do not crowd) in single layer.

Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes or to desired crispness
