Introduction
Referred to as "Caramel Crack" by my friends this is a yummy and delicious caramel coated puffcorn. Referred to as "Caramel Crack" by my friends this is a yummy and delicious caramel coated puffcorn.Number of Servings: 9
Ingredients

7 oz. Bag Mike Sells ORIGINAL Puffcorn Delites
2 Sticks Butter, unsalted
1 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Pour Puffcorn Delites in large roasting pan, set aside.
Melt together in medium size heavy sauce pan butter, corn syrup and brown sugar. Bring to boil, boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda, this will cause the mixture to foam.
Pour caramel mixture over Puffcorn Delites and stir well to coat.
Bake in 250 Degree oven for 45 minutes stirring to recoat every 15 minutes.
During the last 15 minutes of baking, prepare a large space on table or countertop covered with waxed paper or Non-stick aluminum foil (I prefer the foil the Puffcorn slides right off.)
After baking is complete, stir one final time to recoat and spread Caramel Puffcorn out onto prepared space. Cool completely. Break apart and store in airtight container.
