Ingredients

    15 oz can black beans, rinsed
    10 oz can Rotel Original diced tomatoes & chilies
    3 TBSP low fat sour cream

Tips

Top bowls with a dolop of sour cream and slices of avocado.


Directions

Heat beans and tomatoes until boiling. Puree' with an imersion blender. Stir in sour cream.
