Ingredients

    1 jennie o turkey sausage link browned & Crumbled
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped mushroom
    1 cup fresh spinach
    3 eggs
    1 oz fontina cheese

Directions

Saute onion/mushrooms, add sausage and spinach..cook til spinach is limp. Add eggs and cheese cook til eggs are done.
