Ingredients

    Quinoa 1/4 cup dry,
    Dates, 3 date
    Goji Berries, 5 tbsp
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .333 cup, hulled ()
    Pecan Nuts 10 halves, ()
    2.5 tbsp ground almond
    peanut butter unsweetened unsalted 1 tbsp
    1 sliced banana

Tips

can add fruit each day for /date syrup or honey for sweetness

Directions

Boil all ingredients in water until the Quinoa is cooked.
Add muscat and cinnamon sticks to taste.
When cooked strain off the liquid and keep as a tasty nut drink to add with breakfast
