Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Cup 0% Greek Yogurt
    3/4 Cup Light Miracle Whip
    1 Cup (approx. 1/3 bunch) of fresh Cilantro Leaves
    1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
    1 Medium Bulb Roasted Garlic ( remove top and bottom of garlic bulb and place in small oven proof closed baking dish - drizzle with 1 tblsp olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes)
    1/4 Cup Raw Fresh Red Onion
    1 Tblsp Italiano Seasoning
    Sea Salt
    Pepper

Tips

This aioli pairs well with Fried Pickles (found in collection), but works well with cut up vegies.


Directions

Prepare garlic and roast. In food processor add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate. Can be stored in fridge for about a week.

Serving Size: Make approx 15-one & a half tblsp servings
