Aymers no salt added diced tomatoes with italian spices, 2 cup (remove)
White Wine, 7 fl oz (remove)
Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
*Onion Red (1 Srve = one onion), .5 serving (remove)

Ingredients

    Mussels 20
    red onion 1 sliced
    garlic cloves 2 chopped
    White wine 7-8 oz
    2 cups of Alymers diced tomatoes.

Directions

Scrub mussels removing strings hanging out (beard).
Cook red onion (sliced) until translucent. Add other ingredients to the pot. Bring to boil and add the mussels. Cover and steam for 8-10 mins or until all are open.

Serve with fresh crusty loaf to soak up the soup.

Serving Size: Makes two servings with 10 mussels each and lots of soup
