Introduction

Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    8 scoops chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder
    1 cup whole oats
    1/3 cup natural peanut butter - no sugar added
    3 tbsp honey
    1/2 cup milk, 1% or skim
    3 tbsp crushed peanuts

Tips

I used the plastic wrap to really press in the nuts or they fall off.


Directions

no cooking involved - put oatmeal in bowl add milk, stir in honey, peanut butter, then protein powder. Makes a very stiff dough, I used my hands to thoroughly mix. Line an 8 X 8 inch pan with plastic wrap hanging over two edges, (use this to remove from pan), Press dough into pan, sprinkle with crushed peanuts, remove from pan using loose ends and cut into 48 pieces. Keep refrigerated.
