Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey (93% lean)
    1 large onion - or 1 cup chopped
    1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (1 oz)
    1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
    1 can black beans (drained)
    1 can dark red kidney beans or pinto beans (drained)
    1 can corn (drained)
    1 can green beans (drained)
    1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 can diced tomatoes

Tips

Can substitute lean ground beef for turkey, but will change the nutritional information.


Directions

Brown meat and onion. Drain well. Mix both mixes with meat, then add other ingredients. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. P.S. You can use any two cans of beans you like.
If too thick add water (Rotel can nearly full) to suit your preference.
