Ingredients

2 cups broccoli, chopped
6 links Al Fresco Maple Apple Chicken breakfast sausage, sliced
1 cup sharp cheddar
5 large eggs
1 1/5 cup 1% milk
salt & pepper to taste
Tips
Quiche is so easy and has a lovely texture. You can adjust the size of the quiche if you remember that you need 1/2 cup milk for every large egg.
Directions
Steam broccoli in microwave for 4 minutes (just enough to start cooking). Heat sausage in microwave for 30 seconds (again just to heat it up). Place broccoli, sausage slices and shredded cheddar into bottom of baking dish. Beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl. Slowly beat milk into eggs (the more you beat the eggs, the better the texture of the quiche). Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour eggs over fillings. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes or until top is slightly browned.
