Introduction

Ingredients

    1 TBSPN Vegetable Stock(Concentrated)
    1/2 package frozen mixed vegetables
    2 C water
    2 oz. Ground Venison (deer)
    1/2 C diced onion
    as many little sweet peppers as you would like.

Tips

This is just a base recipe that can be tailored to your tastes.


Directions

Place vegetables, stock and water in a small crockpot and turn it on low heat. Brown ground venison in skillet and drain grease (if there is any). Add the browned meat to the crock pot. Use whatever spices you would like and let cook on low for 3-5 hrs (although I like to let it cook longer).

Serving Size: in a small crockpot, this makes 2 1 1.5 cup servings.
