Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 C. canned crushed
2 C. chicken broth
1 C. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1 C. canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 t. chili powder
1 t. ground cumin
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
Optional toppings (not included in nutrition info): sour cream, avocado, shredded cheddar, chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until crumbled and browned. Drain and put in Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve with desired optional toppings.
