PAM non-stick spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray glass casserole dish with PAM non-stick spray
Add egg whites, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, kale
Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash seasons
Lightly swirl ingredients around to mix
Bake for 30 minutes
