These delicious muffins are jam-packed with healthy things for your kids' and make a great breakfast. Ingredients

    2.5 cups of oatmeal
    1 cup greek yogourt
    2 eggs
    0.5 cup honey
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    0.5 tsp baking soda
    2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into chunks


Directions


Preheat oven to 400 F. Put ingredients into a blender and mix it all together (best to mix wet ingredients first and then add oatmeal, or blend oatmeal first). Pour into muffin tins at 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 min. Voila!
