    wegman's turkey -ground 99% fat free, 2 lbs
    Onions, raw, 2 medium, chopped
    Garlic, 8 clove
    Olive Oil, 2 tsp
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium, chopped
    Chili powder, 6 tbsp
    McCormick ground cumin, 4 tbsp
    Morton Lite Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    wegman's ground tomatoes, 2 28 oz cans
    Canned Cannellini Beans,1 15-oz can drained & rinsed
    Beans, red kidney,1 15-oz can drained & rinsed


suate peppers in oil for approx. 4 minutes, add onion. saute until onion translucent, add minced garlic. Add spices & cook for a little. In another pan, brown ground turkey, drain, and to the onion pepper mix. Add 2 cans ground tomatoes, stir. Cook for a couple hours on low, add beans. heat thru.

Serving Size: makes approx 14 cups of chili
