Introduction
This is easy and fast to make and cook. Nice alternative if you are avoiding carbs and longing for bread! Can be yummy toasted with olive oil spread! This is easy and fast to make and cook. Ingredients

2 cups flax seed meal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons sugar equivalent (from artificial sweetener or Stevia), or dextrose
5 beaten eggs
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup oil
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and combine wet ingredients, then mix together making sure it is well-blended.
Let sit for a couple minutes to thicken and then stir again.
Line a 9X9 pan with parchment paper and spray with Pam.
Pour batter in to pan and spread out flat with a spatula.
Bake 20 minutes and check. Crust should be forming and it should look a little bit more golden.
Let sit out of the oven for 20 minutes before serving.
