Introduction
Perfect Gluten/dairy free recipe for chocolate chip cookies! Perfect Gluten/dairy free recipe for chocolate chip cookies!Number of Servings: 17
Ingredients
-
1 Whole Egg
1 cup Almond Butter
1/2 C light or dark brown sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Cup Milk chocolate chips (use semi or dark to your preference)
Tips
Do not cook too long, they won't look fully cooked.. but as they cool.. they will become perfect!
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix up the egg first and then add the other ingredients except the chocolate chips until the other stuff is mixed well. It's really easy! and then fold in the chips.. and BAM! cookie dough!
Plop on the pan lined with parchment or silpat and bake for 8-10minutes (I usually choose 9). They don't spread so much so you can squish them down a bit with a fork to get a good thickness... if you don't, they'll just be fluffy!
Enjoy these tasty treats and share them with your gluten free/dairy free/or just plain classy friends!
