Ingredients

    1 15 oz. can pumpkin
    3 oz, about 1/3 cup, roasted red pepper (I used a jarred water-packed product)
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tbsp. tahini
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp salt, or to taste
    1 dash paprika


Directions

Throw it in the food processer and blend well.

Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups
