Introduction

Trying to find sneaky ways to get my 2 year old to eat more protein, I added protein powder to pancakes. They tasted better than any other banana pancakes I've made so far! Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 C 2% milk (I use Lactaid)
    1 C Flour, whole grain
    1 60g packet Lean 1 vanilla protein powder
    2 ripe bananas
    1 1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions

Using food processor, mix egg, banana, milk, powder. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Whisk and mix well. Pour batter onto a hot griddle. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 12 silver dollar pancakes
