Introduction
Run bran flakes through a food processor till they are ground into a course consistencyMeasure ground bran flakes
Add the apple cider vinegar to your almond milk and stir it should have a somewhat watery yet chunky consistency
Pour milk mixture into bran flakes and let sit 10 min
Once set mix all other wet ingredients into your bran mixture
Combine all dry ingredients ( make sure to combine dry ingredients by mixing with a fork before adding them to wet ingredients)
Then add dry ingredients to you wet
Mix well and scoop into greased mini muffin tin
Bake for 10 min at 350 or until toothpick comes out clean

1 cup almond milk (I use almond breeze unsweetened vanilla)
2 tablespoons + 2 tsp sun sweet lighter bake butter and oil replacer ( you can find this in the baking section of your grocery store)
1/4 cup liquid egg replacer ( or) 1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup brown rice flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
