Introduction
Dairy/Gluten free ground beef gravy. Great base to build on! Turn into any casserole by adding your favorite veggies. Great over rice, (cauliflower rice), noodles. potatoes, or toast. Ingredients

1 pound ground beef, 93% lean
1 can coconut milk, (I use full fat, use what you like)
1/2 med onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp chicken or beef bullion (better than bullion)
1.5 TBSP sweet rice flour
spices (your choice, at least some black pepper)
Tips
Don't be afraid to experiment with spices! Just taste as you go, and add a little bit at a time.
Directions
Cook ground beef in a medium size skillet over medium-low heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and sautee until transparent. sprinkle in rice flour. Add coconut milk, bullion and spices. Cook until simmering. If too thick for your liking, add a little water. If too thin, add more rice flour mixed with water. Taste and adjust spices as necessary.
