This is a really delicious recipe for very few calories and almost no carbs! This is a really delicious recipe for very few calories and almost no carbs!

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken, 4 oz
    *Kumato Tomato - 1 Tomato, 2 serving, chopped
    *Trader Joe's Grated Parmigiano Reggiano (5g), .5 tbsp (
    *Kerrygold (Pure Irish Butter), 1 tbsp
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Basil... to taste. I use a lot. Slice into strands
    Oregano
    Salt and pepper
    1 clove garlic, chopped

Directions

Heat olive oil over medium high heat. Sprinkle each chicken tender with salt, pepper, and oregano. Add to oil when hot.

Cook tenders approximately 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Add tomatoes, basil, garlic, and butter. Cook an additional 4 minutes. Serve with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

Serving Size: I ate this in one... but with a side dish it would be two
