Ingredients

    2 cans Black beans
    1 can Whole kernel corn
    1 bell pepper diced. ( or other color )
    1 large tomato diced
    4 Tbs fresh cilantro ( or more if you like)
    salt and pepper
    lime juice if you like





Tips

Goes great over an avocado for lunch


Directions

Mix ingredients in bowl and serve. If you don't have a tomato fresh salsa is a good alternative to add for spice or flavor.
