Ingredients

    1 pizza dough from Trader Joes
    1 cup shredded light cheese
    1 oz fresh mozerella cheese
    1 cup lean ham diced
    3 cups chopped spinach
    1 organic tomato chopped
    2 tsp basil
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 bell peppers chopped

Tips

Can skip the ham if want to make true vegetarian or add chicken.


Directions

Spread pizza dough into square shape. Layer tomato,spinach,peppers, ham, cheese, basil and garlic. Cook on preheated oven , lower rack 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending if you like crispy or soft.
