    2 C Four
    ½ tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 2/3 c Ideal Sweetener (or Splenda)
    1/3 C Cocoa Powder
    1 ¼ C Margarine
    2 Lg Eggs
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1 C Semisweet Chocolate Chips


I use splenda because it's cheaper and an oneida cookie scoop. My actual cookie yield is usually closer to 48-50.


Combine all ingredients. Scoop spoon fulls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 min. at 350° F

    While butter is an ingredient in almost everything baked, after accidentally baking one dozen of these cookies w/o the butter, I discovered they actually hold together a lot better without it. Just a tip :) - 4/7/17
