Introduction

This is my version of the Big Mac. It will absolutely scratch that itch for the classic sandwich, but in a MUCH healthier way. This is my version of the Big Mac. It will absolutely scratch that itch for the classic sandwich, but in a MUCH healthier way.

Ingredients

    Salad greens of your choice
    1/2 oz. shredded cheddar
    1/2 t. of dill relish
    1 1/2 T. clean Thousand Island
    1 oz. ground beef, cooked and seasoned
    2 T. diced baby bellas, cooked and seasoned
    Diced red onion
    Nice fat slice of ripe tomato
