Introduction

One of my family's favorite dishes and it's light and nutritious! One of my family's favorite dishes and it's light and nutritious!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 small cucumber
    2c. broccoli florets
    10 baby carrots
    1 small green pepper
    1 small purple onion
    1 small zucchini
    2 roma tomatoes
    1oz. crumbled feta
    6tbsp. light italian dressing


Directions

Chop all veggies in chunks. Place in a large bowl. Add feta cheese. Add Italian dressing and toss well. Refrigerate stirring occasionally.

Serving Size: make 6 1-cup servings
