Ingredients

    2 pints brussel sprouts (2 pounds total), trimmed and halved lengthwise
    2 tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/3 cup water
    Coarse salt and ground pepper
    2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Tips

Make sure the lemon juice and sprouts are fresh!


Directions

In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high. Add brussels sprouts and garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring frequently, until caramelized, 8 to 10 minutes. Add 1/3 cup water and cook until evaporated, about 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

    Very Good
    I've literally never eaten brussel sprouts before. But, I'm open to new things. This was a good blend of tastes and will definitely make it again! - 4/19/16
