Ingredients

    3 tablespoons tapioca
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 well beaten egg
    3 cups milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 serving whip cream on top

Tips

the light whip cream tastes just as good as regular


Directions

according to package of tapioca
mix all ingredients (beat egg before adding) except vanilla and whip cream.. and let sit in sauce pan for 5 minutes. bring to boil, take off heat, add vanilla. cool for 20 minutes. add whip cream when serving.

Serving Size: makes 4.. 3/4 cup servings or 6 1/2 cup servings
