Ingredients

    Chicken breast, cooked (12 oz can)
    Plain yogurt, low fat 1/4 cup
    Grapes, seedless, halved, 2 cups
    Apple, medium, cored and diced small
    Walnuts, chopped 1/4 cup
    Curry Powder, 1/2 teaspoon
    Black pepper, 1 teaspoon
    Salt, 1/2 teaspoon (if needed)
    Butter lettuce, 1 head, wash leaves for wrap
    Combine all of the ingredients, spoon onto lettuce leaves to create finger food wraps.

Directions

Makes 10 to 12 finger food wraps.
