Ingredients

2 cans Tuna (in water) rinsed/drained
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. old fashioned oats
    1 medium egg
    1/2 c. broccoli
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Tips

Normally we do this with egg whites, but out, atm… This recipe can be done 100s of different ways, so if you don't like any particular ingredient, feel free to sub it out. It's really good with onions and chopped spinach, a bit of Old Bay, or with mushrooms, peppers, onions, diced tomatoes…

Directions

Drain and rinse tuna. Add all but your vegetables to a medium sized mixing bowl, and mix together. Mix in the broccoli, or whatever you went with, and you're ready to make the patties. In a skillet, lightly coat with walnut, coconut, extra virgin olive oil, a cooking spray… Heat on medium to medium high heat, cooking each side about 7-10 minutes, or until desired doneness.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 6 patties.
