Ingredients

    2 pounds chicken breast
    4 cups veg broth
    4 cups beef broth
    3 cups kale
    3 cups spinach
    2 cups mushrooms
    1 cup chopped leek (green & White parts)
    1 cup chopped celery
    6 green onions (green & white parts)
    1/4 cup red onion
    1 TBLS minced garlic
    1 TBLS sea salt
    1/2 TSP ground black pepper

Directions

Brown meat, then place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hour or on high for 4-5 hours.
