Introduction

Easy NO crust pie. Very creamy & not overly sweet Easy NO crust pie. Very creamy & not overly sweet
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2c Milk
    1/2 c splenda
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup softened butter
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 c Bisquick or Jiffy Mix
    1 c shredded coconut UNSWEETENED

Tips

can be made with sugar & sweetened coconut if desired.


Directions

Place first 6 ingredients in blender, blend at medium speed for 3 min. Add 3/4 cup coconut and blend on low for 30sec.
Spray pie pan with cooking spray.
Pour mixture into pie pan
Let stand 5 min
Top with remaining coconut
Bake at 350 for 35-40 min
